I used to LOVE working out, running, weight lifting, rowing, etc. Since we live in a rural area it was cheaper to put a gym in our basement when we moved here than drive 30min each way to a gym. When I started gardening though, I didn’t have time to workout and I much prefer gardening to running now, not to mention my scoliosis acts up when I run too many miles. With the possibility of a move on the horizon we decided it was the right time to get rid of the treadmill, weights, bowflex & other stuff.

i just started this flat belly diet yesterday this is my second day but i notice at night time im so hungry i feel full and satisfied throught the day, but after dinner it’s like i need to eat more? what is up with this?

Because your hungry. You need to eat. Your body NEEDS food! duh!
